Provide up to 12 questions and answers to be mixed into the game. All Q&A must be submitted 3 weeks before the event.
Company Content Integration
Supply facts, history, names, inside jokes, terminology, and milestones — we'll weave it into gameplay. Submit a minimum of 3 weeks before the event.
Signature Themed Experience (full game)
A full game built around specialty content — holiday themes, geek culture, fan-favorite series, or industry-specific content. Submit a minimum of 4 weeks before the event.
Procurement Team FAQ’s
Do you carry liability insurance?+
Yes. Certificate of Insurance is provided to clients as needed for your event — just request it when booking.
What about AV requirements?+
Every event is custom-quoted. We discuss your venue, attendee count, and AV needs over the phone or by email during the booking process. Equipment rentals are an add-on we coordinate for you.
Do you offer virtual or hybrid events?+
No. We specialize exclusively in live, in-person events. The energy in the room is the product.
What size groups do you handle?+
From 40 to 300+ attendees. We've hosted small executive offsites, mid-size all-hands, and large company-wide holiday parties.
Payment terms?+
Games And Trivia Entertainment requires a 50% non-refundable booking deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event. We do not accept NET terms.
Do you have a W9?+
Yes — request it during booking and we'll send it the same day along with your invoice.
